Grace Church is led by Nick Sharp and his fellow Elder, Rob Mason:

Nick Sharp: 
 
Penny became a Christian 18 months before meeting Nick who, a few months later, also gave his life to Jesus. The following year they married. Now they have two daughters and three grandchildren. From early on, they have shared a special passion for Spirit filled worship and equipping the church to reach those who don't yet know Jesus. Nick leads the Elders and the Staff Team and also serves a number of other Newfrontiers churches. Penny works with Nick, particularly in pastoring and discipleship  

Rob Mason: 
   

Rob was gripped by the message of Jesus after his preconceived ideas about Christianity were shattered through a friend at work. He is married to Emma and they have three children. They moved to Nottingham in 1996 to serve in a local church until 2003 when God called them to Grace Church. Rob works full time on staff, overseeing various ministries but particularly responsible for our Small Groups and pastoral support.
